Common questions
Is the emergency department open at night?
Yes. Accident and Emergency is open 24 hours, every day, and a medical officer is on duty through the night.
How do I get an appointment?
Send us a message on WhatsApp from the Book page, or call any of our three phone lines. Our team confirms the doctor and the time with you.
Do I have to book before I come?
A short message first helps us tell you whether your doctor is in and how long the wait is. For an emergency, come straight to the hospital.
Are the OPD timings the same every day?
Not for every doctor. Each doctor has their own days and hours, shown on the OPD timetable. Some doctors are in on Sundays.
Can I get my blood tests done here?
Yes. Our laboratory runs blood, urine and hormone tests, and offers health profiles at a lower combined rate. See the Laboratory page.
Do you have X-ray and ultrasound?
Yes. Digital X-ray, ultrasound and ECG are available at the hospital.
Is there a lady doctor?
Yes. Dr Hafsa Iftikhar, Dr Momna Iqbal Tarar and Dr Kinza are our gynaecologists, and lady doctors with MBBS qualifications are part of the hospital team.
Where exactly are you?
